Taylor Perre

As Legislative Analyst, Taylor supports client representation and services through monitoring and reporting on legislative session activities, agency developments, and related media coverage.

Ms. Perre began her career at a health care trade association where she conducted legislative advocacy and provided educational opportunities for home and community-based services providers. Additionally, Taylor has published research in the American Journal of Hospice and Palliative Care, BMC Palliative Care, and Geriatric Nursing.

Taylor holds Master’s degrees in public health and social work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s degree in human development and family relations from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Olivia Marfleet

As Senior Legislative Associate, Ms. Marfleet assists in all facets of client representation and strategy development, including providing research and analysis on policy development, legislation, and regulation.

Olivia’s experience with New York State Government includes serving most recently as a Research Analyst for the Majority Conference at the New York State Assembly and prior as a Legal Research Assistant at the NYS Department of Health and Advocacy Intern at AARP. Additionally, Olivia has extensive experience supporting political campaigns on both State and federal candidates.

Ms. Marfleet holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in political science from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at The University at Albany.
