Hodes & Landy proudly maintains the highly successful model of superior service and uniquely customized government relations consulting and representation established in 1992 by its founder, Nancy Hodes. Originally called Hodes Associates, Nancy started the firm after an accomplished career in State government, culminating in her role as Executive Deputy for the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations under Governor Mario Cuomo. Her consultancy offered clients the insight and perspective of a strategic-minded government advocate with the know-how and credibility to advance agendas.

After launching her career in State and municipal government, Ginger Lynch Landy joined Hodes Associates in 2000, serving in various advocacy, business development, and management roles. By 2007, Ginger and Nancy’s professional relationship evolved into a long lasting, successful partnership. As Principal of the firm, now known as Hodes & Landy, Ginger continues to build on the firm’s foundational principles alongside a skilled and dedicated professional staff with decades of experience in government relations consultation and representation.

Under Ginger’s leadership, the firm continues to experience consistent, measurable growth through the expansion of its client portfolio and priority issues.
