Over the past few weeks, Governor Cuomo announced several priority issues he will take up in his 2018 State of the State Address. To date the Governor has released 20-individual proposals which tout safeguards for borrowers of student loans, environmental and renewable energy initiatives, voting and election transparency reforms, and most notably protections for victims of domestic abuse and sexual harassment in the workplace.
