As of May 14th, New York has over 350,000 positive COVID cases and an additional 157 related deaths. Intubation, ICU admissions, hospitalizations, and death rates are all slightly down. Governor Cuomo reiterated the need for reopening the state in a collaborative, calibrated, and intelligent way that is based on science, data, and metrics. Tomorrow, the Finger Lakes, Mohawk Valley, Southern Tier, North Country, and Central NY regions will begin Phase I of the State’s reopening plan.
