New York has 7,102 cases of COVID-19 as of March 20. The priority continues to be reducing the spread and #flattenthecurve. In an effort to promote regional partnerships, Delaware has joined NY, CT, NJ, and PA in the statewide agreement to reduce the spread. Governor Cuomo announced an eighth Executive order that includes civil penalties and mandatory closures for non-compliance. The Order will go into effect on Sunday night.
