Governor Cuomo says that the data analysis will shift focus to daily test results – as those results show the direct impact of reopening on the spread of COVID. Once again, Governor Cuomo spoke of his support and willingness to sign police reform legislation that the Senate and Assembly have been passionately passing this week.
