This morning, Governor Cuomo’s press conference began on a high note as he shared recent data suggesting that social distancing measures are having a positive impact and appear to be flattening the curve. He advised that continued adherence to these protocols is critical and could potentially bring down infection rates, hospitalization rates and needed capacity, and deaths lower than model projections.
