Governor Cuomo announced this morning that he is extending the NY PAUSE order through May 15th in an effort to further control and slow the rate of infection. New York has 213,779 confirmed COVID cases, and a total death toll of 11,586. New hospitalizations remain consistent at ~2,000 admissions per day. However, ICU and intubation rates continue to trend downward.
