Although New York has 188,694 positive COVID cases, analysts are saying that the curve is continuing to flatten as hospitalization rates, ICU admissions, and intubation rates trend downward. The death toll on Sunday was 671; which is an improvement compared to the recent average that has been in the high 700s.
